Hi Leif. This is part of the style for some of the older buildings in the city. It looks good but I imagine its pretty cold.
Anytime you take a notion to come to Georgia let me know. I'll happily be your tour guide. I think another ten years and many of these old properties won;t exist anymore. They'll either be pulled down or the windows will have been replaced with plastic and bigger panes.
